Payment in full is required at time of booking to confirm all orders and secure your date. Invoices not paid in full within 24 hours of booking are subject to cancellation. Typically, Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC does not allow refunds, cancellations, or changes to the order once the invoice is paid. Please contact us immediately with any requests for refunds, cancellations, or changes to the order. Bella's Sugar Shop LLC reserves the right to decline any order or additional requests.


Custom design fees may apply depending on work requested. Designs and details will be discussed at booking, and an order quote given. Quote is valid for 24 hours, unless otherwise specified. 

We are not a certified allergy-safe kitchen, and are unable to accommodate allergies or individual dietary preferences. We are unable to offer items that are free from certain allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, etc. Items may contain traces of nuts. The risk of cross contamination is minimal, but can never be eliminated. All baked treats will contain dairy, gluten, and eggs. Client is responsible for informing guests that these ingredients are present before consuming treats.

Once orders are picked up, Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC is no longer responsible for the care and handling of your treats. Avoid heat and direct sunlight with all chocolate and baked treats. Cakes may become structurally unstable, and the design may be altered, if exposed to heat. Please refer to the individual care instructions given to you at or before pickup for more details. Custom cakes may contain internal supports, such as straws and dowels, that must be removed prior to consuming. Some designs include the use of inedible decorations, cake toppers, sprinkles, etc. that must also be removed prior to consuming.

Orders not picked up at previously agreed upon date and time may be forfeited without reimbursement. Please reach out to us via cell immediately if you will be arriving late to pick up your order. Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC is a home-based small business, and our business hours and availability may vary.

Specific colors, designs, and details will be discussed at time of booking. Please note- any inspirational pictures of other cakes or treats not made by Bella's Sugar Shop LLC will not be copied exactly. Our work is unique and will likely differ from the inspirational pictures.

Bella's Sugar Shop LLC is a home-based business. Items are made in a kitchen that is not subject to state inspection.

Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products or services. Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

Bella’s Sugar Shop LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
